I wanted to make a good role model to them showing self discipline and teach them how to go after your dreams. I also want to inspire other woman who have had children or who have been overweight. As an aerobic instructor, I have heard many excuses to why woman can’t lose weight. I have experienced each of these excuses personally……For example: I am in my thirties, I have children, I also work full time and I have been at least 20 pounds or more overweight after pregnancies. I taught aerobics up to three days before I delivered my last child. So I don’t agree with the saying, I can’t do that!” You can only if you have a plan and you start today, because tomorrow never comes!”
