Instructions for AOL users

How do I view your videos with AOL?

We strongly recommend that you download the latest version of FireFox Browser, and the latest versions of Windows Media Player

We also suggest that Femalemuscle.com users connecting through AOL use a browser other than AOL's built-in browser, such as Mozilla's Firefox or Microsoft's Internet Explorer in order to view the WMV files. AOL's browser won't support the WMV downloads.

Step One: Get another browser
As stated above please download Firefox's latest version . We suggest downloading the newest version available for your operating system (Windows, Mac, Unix, et al). Here is the link for downloading this program:

Once you've downloaded one of these
browsers, follow the instructions given by
Mozilla for installing the browser. They provide
help pages for accomplishing this task.

Step Two: Connect to AOL
As an AOL user, you should familiar with
connecting to AOL. You probably have a
shortcut to the AOL application on your
desktop

Step Three: Minimize the AOL window
Once you're connected to AOL -- STOP!
Do not enter AOL by clicking on anything.
Instead, simply click the window minimize
(again, this is Windows-specific)
This will remove the AOL window from your
view. Don't worry: you're still connected to
AOL. But be sure not to click the "X". Doing
so, WILL disconnect you from AOL.

Step Four: Launch "Firefox" application
After you minimize the AOL window, you
can then launch your browser. If you were
successful in step one, you should have a
shortcut for Firefox on your
desktop. You'll want to double-click that
icon now.

Step Five: Point your browser at femalemuscle.com
Now that you have your new browser
running, simply point it at the website by
typing in "femalemuscle.com" in the
Address field and hit the enter key.

Step Six: Click on the Windows Media Video link for the video you want to watch
Now that you're back at Femalemuscle.com, just click the link that says "Windows Media Video" to watch the video of your choice.
