April you look great!
I am 54 yrs old woman of color who always enjoyed weightlifting but never had the opportunity. One month ago, I hired a weight trainer...and enjoy every moment. I can not afford to keep my trainer in the near future. I will continue to use my knowledge of what I have learned to keep going....any advice you can give me to continue my own? Thanks for your help.
