| BIO:
I had joined a local gym after graduating from high school to stay active and by chance I met an amazing, inspiring woman there named Janet Strong ( No. I don't make this stuff up!). I had observed her working out and noticed that she trained with relatively heavy weights compared to all the other female members of the gym. Curious, I decided to introduce myself to her and ask her for some training advice. She simply told me "You have to lift heavy weights!" Janet had the shapeliest and fittest looking body I had ever seen (A true muscle Amazon!) so I figured I'd give her suggestion a try. After just a few months of following her advice my body started to transform! I've been lifting "heavy weights" ever since.
