I have never been the athletic type. I was always the last to be chosen to be on the team in school,just could never really get into playing ball...lol. Never felt I would be good at much as far as being an athlete...that is until I took a weight training class in high school. I quickly equalled or exeeded the strength of most of the guys, especially in leg strength. Since then Ive always had it in the back of my mind how strong I could be with little effort. Luckily I found my way back into the weight room a few years later!
I started working out in May of '97 with the hopes of just losing a couple lbs of fat and adding some shape to my skinny legs.I only planned on joining for a week. I saw results so fast that I stuck with it, and the rest is history!
