A Perfect Daily Eating Routine

 
The keys to a hard and lean body is a low fat, low carb diet with plenty of water and hard exercise.
 
Here are some of my meal selections that I strongly recommend that you incorporate into your daily eating routine. I keep all of my meals simple with no fuss at all.
 
Here is a daily eating routine that I follow at least 5 or 6 days each week. In following this routine, make sure that you constantly drink water throughout the day. And stick to 1 cup of coffee per day only.
 
lori Breakfast
 
Eggs : Get up in the morning and cook (or order) between 2 and 6 egg whites on whole grain bread.
 
Cereal: If it is not an egg day for you, a bowl of bran cereal or hot oatmeal with fruit.
 
You can also have a glass or orange juice, a cup of coffee with skim milk, or a glass of skim milk.
 
Lunch
 
Your favorite protein bar
 
No mayo tuna on whole wheat pita bread with lettuce and tomatoes, or no mayo tuna on a salad with balsamic vinaigrette dresing
 
One piece of fresh fruit
 
Dinner

 
Two nice sized turkey burgers, grilled or cooked in a pan with non-fat Pam.
 
Salad, a mixture of mesculin, tomatoes, cucumbers, radishes, onions, and small amounts of almonds and mandarin oranges. Prepare or order your dressings on the side. Stick mostly to balsamic vinaigrette types which you can make yourself.
 
Small portion of steamed rice, baked potato, yam, or beans.
 
Snacks
 
Healthy eating between meals is an important part of my eating routine.
 
Here is my approved list of healthy snacks:
 
Oranges
Apples
Bananas
Protein Bars
Pop Tarts (yes Pop Tarts, but only 1 a day)
lori Pears
Carrots (raw)
Celery
Rice Cakes
Low Fat Yogurt(only one)

 
Do not count calories. I have never counted calories, I prefer to look at results.
 
This routine will produce results for you.
 
And remember, the most natural way of getting rid of fat is by burning it up through increased activity..
