My greatest dream is and has always been to move to the States continue my sport and become an Actor. My Story As a teen I was often teased for being chubby, I loved playing soccer but had difficulties "following" the ball, so I started a diet. Unfortunately I got very skinny (to the bone skinny), now I could follow the ball but not lift it off the ground due to weak legs. and now I was teased for being skinny. I then started bodybuilding at the age of 14 with the encouragement of my brother in law in order to put some muscle on the bony skeleton I was carrying around. Although I was building muscle fast (good genes I guess) I hated training in the beginning, but then I started realizing that I could control my own body and started caring about nutrition and proper training. My class mates now teased me for my sport and gave me the nick name "Arnie" (Swarzenegger was my idol), fortunately I had learned not to care what other people think about me, but to care what I think about me (like yourself first then others will like you too). And I can definitely lift the ball off the ground now when I play soccer. After 2 years of intense training and proper diet I was asked to participate in the Luxembourg Championship and this with the support of my family got the ball rolling. I have experienced a lot through Body Building already considering my age, and I don't regret ever choosing this path. It is for me the Ultimate sport. It has brought me around the World, I have met a lot of interesting people and it has become a passion and lifestyle for me. Believe me when I say it is not just about lifting weights. I work on muscle quality rather than muscle mass and try to keep body harmony and symetry. I train 5 Times a week, two days training one day off three days training one day off. One muscle a day in order to give each muscle the most attention. This gives you good volume and quality muscle. Never forget that the weight is not important, it is doing the exercise correct that gives you the best result. I diet pretty much all year round just deviating on my carbohydrate intake when I am in or off season. I eat 6-8 meals a day to keep up metabolism and try to get 30-40 grams of protein every 2-3 hours. And the All Stars Products help me a lot getting the needed good qaulity protein and other suplements(amino acids, creatin, glutamin etc..). I had 4 years of intense biology in School, which taught me a lot about nutrition and how our body work and function. This knowledge has been extremely valuable doing my sport,(it was my favorite subject besides gym classes). I have learned a lot specially never to give up, even when life is tough sometimes. and never take things for granted. There is no recipe for success, but the recipe for failure is trying to please everybody. So my advice is: don't do anything just to please others, do it for yourself.
