Meet the person of your dreams, it could be a gym rat (someone who lives at the gym) or just someone wanting to stay fit
either way just have fun. Flirting is just one way of being delightful, innocent, and respectful. Keep it clean
If you are into fitness, working out, and being healthy, you probably want to date someone just like yourself.
Finding the right person is not easy, but if you workout in a serious gym then you will probably wind up getting involved with someone there, especially if that is where you spend most of your time like I do.
The gym is an easy place to meet and get to know someone because you have something in common and you see them all the time. In one gym that I worked out, the gym scene was like a soap opera. Everyone who spent time there, the trainers included, had dated and slept with someone in the gym. I could just walk in at any time and look around and tell you who was with whom and when and what broke them up.
Be careful not to get caught up in the craziness of gym relationships and start dating many different people there, because then you'll have to find another Gym!
Sometimes, gym relationships actually do last, you just have to play your cards right. People meet at the gym because they are usually relaxed, happy and excited about being there and working out!
Lori's gym flirting tips
If you are single and looking for a relationship make sure not to
wear old ripped up clothes when you go to the gym.
Buy some new gym clothes and new sneakers.
Make sure you are clean and smell good too! You will sweat
enough from working out while you are there.
Do not dress in a too revealing fashion either, because you do
not want to give people the wrong idea about you.
After you join a new gym, it takes time to get to know people,
sometimes a few months, so be patient. Once people start
recognizing you and you them you will feel comfortable saying
hello and even ask them to spot you.(spot means to help you so you don't get hurt or crushed)
Do not let on that you are interested in meeting someone even if
they are the someone. Just stay focused and show that you are
serious about your workout. No one likes to be obviously hit on in
the gym.
Wrong place for that and it will actually turn people off. The more
serious you are about your training, the more interesting you will
seem to other people.
Remember to say hello to other gym members and to smile at
them. This will make you approachable. If you wear a walkman
people tend to not speak to you for fear that you will not hear
them. If you see someone that interests you take the walkman off
your head!

getting to know other interesting people in your gym.They worked for
me. Just remember to be confident, enthusiastic and interested in
what the other person has to say and the rest should come natural for
you.
1. You look good, how long have you been working out?
2. I see you here a lot, how many days a week do you work out?
3. Do you mind if I work in with you?
4. Do you need a spot?
5. Can you spot me?
6. I like your sneakers, shirt or whatever.
7. Where did you buy that weight lifting belt or gloves?
8. What gym did you go to before you joined this one?
9. Do you always train alone?
10. You're pretty strong!
11. I see you here all the time, what's your name?
I'm sure that you can think of a few openers on your own too!
