  1. Include "gender" in the IFBB constitution.

  2. Establish a committee with athlete representatives whose job it is to decide on direction for sport, resolve outstanding issues and settle disputes as they arise.

  3. Establish leadership within the women as a group, encourage veterans and other respected competitors to lead projects and begin networking with one another.

  4. Provide competitors with copies of rulebooks and have annual meetings for all IFBB participants.

  5. Take control of the women's market - supplements, videos, magazines, etc. Sponsor FBB's within the organization, promoting them as athletes. Aim to reduce the profit margins of outside forces that continue to exploit female competitors. Identify current supporters of female bodybuilding and attempt to combine their resources/efforts into larger projects.

  6. Provide mainstream magazines with legitimate human interest stories about successful female athletes in bodybuilding and highlight a variety of successful female competitors.

  7. Promote and portray all competitors as athletes - the IOC won't see bodybuilding as a sport, unless they see the participants as athletes.

  8. Reduce sanctioning fees for promoters interested in promoting female bodybuilding contests.

  9. Affiliate athletes with outside interest groups that support broader women's issues. Competitors should support various organizations by becoming active participants in rallies, walks, and events that showcase their commitment to the community and desire for positive change (domestic violence, breast cancer, eating disorders).

  10. Have a media spokesperson for all matters pertaining to the sport that reinforces positive view and not personal preference. Remove individuals from the organization that are not interested in seeing the women succeed and replace them with the proper talent.
If there are any individuals currently involved in the women's side of the sport who are unable to grasp any of these concepts, relieve them of their duties or tell them to fake it; the women have been doing it for years.
