The Olympia is underway - well kind of the athletes meeting has taken place and the big show starts tomorrow. For many people half the fun of the Olympia is chilling out at the expo, catching up with friends and most of all the partying.

Ruthie Lucchesi is an NPC National Level Bodybuilder, and the latest addition to shemusclelive.com. Going as “Musclebombshell’ she is available for webcam chats and private shows.

Photographer Isaac Hinds has confirmed the rumors that a Fitness/Figure reality show will be happening. IFBB Pro Jane Awad will be the co-executive producer for the show, which is a production of Warner Bros, Hand Picked Films and Destiny Productions. Eight women will be chosen for the show, with casting taking place at the Olympia.

Iron Sirens is comic book series which is the brainchild of J.M. Manion, and is now available in comic book stores and online. Originally entitled Project Diva: Trinity the comics were centered around former IFBB pro fitness champions Susie Curry, Adela Garcia and Jenny Worth, but have changed direction since.

Well, I am embarrassed to admit that I was not all that familiar with how the shemuscle live cam works - so I just took part in some on the job research.
I just finished signing up and logging on with a free account and checked out a few rooms, there were a few models online, and I was/am in Nikki’s room.
Perhaps this is old news to many of the readers, but having never seen it before I was surprised how clear the webcam comes across and how easy it was to sign up and check it all out.
