A true veteran of bodybuilding, Vicki Nixon has been competing over 20 years winning over 20 shows. She earned her WNBF pro card in 1993 and competed in the WNBF pro division for a while. After competing in NPC figure a few times, she went on to earn her IFBB pro card in bodybuilding in 2004.

Russian Kettlebells are a very old form of exercise, dating back hundreds of years. I am conditioning to optimally control & manipulate the muscle fibers (striations). I’ll be adding some gym training video, my routine at some point & hopefully some stolen moments from the next competition. :)
Name: chris aka evangeline Age: 43. I desire to have muscular but FEMININE physique.. hoping to enter the natural competitive venue either this year or next.. but for now, I am going to enter the lightweight division (hoping this will keep me from competing against the women doing heavy roids).
