If you are looking to build a great backside, the Romanian Deadlift should be included in your lower body lifting sessions. Here is a video that demonstrates that really shows great form. Notice in particular how the head stays up during the lift; this will help to keep the back in the right alignment and allow you to generate as much force in the lift as possible.
