   I have the good fortune to work at a university with strong, gifted females everyday. Many of them could kick my ass physically or intellectually without breaking a sweat. I am so happy to see the personal and social progress of educated American females (also known by some as “alpha girls”), in terms of their enhanced lives and capabilities. Unfortunately, due to social, economic, or cultural impediments, there are still many millions of girls who are not yet fully able to take advantage of the opportunities available to them.
